Q: What woods do you use and is your furniture solid?
A: The furniture collection at C&G is hand built by skilled craftsmen out of solid wood. We utilize joinery techniques that were the standard of quality cabinet making centuries ago, before mass production became the norm. Most items can be constructed from pine, oak, maple and cherry.
Q:How much of a deposit do you require?
A: At C&G we believe that you should not give a deposit because we have confidence in our service and product. When your furniture is delivered or picked up and you are 100% satisfied then you pay for your purchase.
Q: How long do orders take?
A: Generally orders take anywhere from 2-10 weeks depending on what is involved. We are committed to getting it out to you as soon as physically possible without compromising quality.
Q: Do you deliver?
A: We guarantee you will be very impressed with our delivery staff. We use our own trucks and staff when delivering. They are extremely careful in getting your new furniture safely into your home. Everything is blanket wrapped for extra protection. Included in our delivery is set up in the room of your choice.
Q: Do you guarantee your price?
A: We encourage you to shop around, we'll even tell you where our competitors are. We guarantee "apples to apples" we will not be undersold.
Q: Do you offer financing?
A: Yes, our in store staff would be happy to go over the financing package we offer.
